DoctorKenney Posted September 28, 2014 Is it really a good idea for Puntland to start naming new Advisers and new Cabinet Positions and new Ministers? I would prefer that Puntland has a small government. A small government which performs only the most necessary tasks. The last thing Puntland needs is an enormous government bureaucracy with tons of government bureaucrats, advisers, ministers, and all of that unnecessary stuff.
