Holac Posted August 15, 2014 As soon as the news came out of Somaliland's capital that Sacadin Mall is open for business, Dr. Osman's constant faan about Puntland's development is silenced. :) I used to giggle at his "Somaliland is the enclave of 200,000 terrorists" threads. I am told Ditoore is with the Chinese crew that's building Bosaso INTERNATIONAL airport [bIA] .
