So him angering Puntland is nothing new This guy Qoslaye has the worst advisers that any President has ever had, ever. Tillamook Posted August 1, 2014 DrK, Culosow and his Moryan cabal's whole agenda is to discredit the federal constitution of Somalia--since these guys know full well that their pipe dream of controlling Somalis under a central government in Mogadishu has failed miserably. So now their modus operandi is to try to create conflict in every corner of the country, so as to claim that federalism cannot be implemented.
