Galbeedi, this hadith should teach our new wadaado a thing or two about what it means to be a good Muslim:

 

Sahih Bukhari, Volume 7, Book 62, Number 28:

Narrated Sahl:A man passed by Allah's Apostle and Allah s Apostle asked (his companions) "What do you say about this (man)?" They replied "If he asks for a lady's hand, he ought to be given her in marriage; and if he intercedes (for someone) his intercessor should be accepted; and if he speaks, he should be listened to." Allah's Apostle kept silent, and then a man from among the poor Muslims passed by, an Allah's Apostle asked (them) "What do you say about this man?" They replied, "If he asks for a lady's hand in marriage he does not deserve to be married, and he intercedes (for someone), his intercession should not be accepted; And if he speaks, he should not be listened to.' Allah's Apostle said, "This poor man is better than so many of the first as filling the earth.'

I thought the rules of the forum was to keep away those who insult Islam. This Xabad guy is not denigrating and insulting Muslims , he is mocking Allah the all mighty in this day of Ciidul Adha. he just said:

These people make this argument because of their extreme lack of understanding of Islamic Aqeedah, so they go on and on about things they know nothing about. Xabad is making this old, baseless argument which has been soundly refuted decades ago. And what makes it worse is that this Pagan KNOWS what he's doing, but he's just seeking to troll this forum now. The Arab Christians in Lebanon, Syria, Iraq and Egypt refer to God as "Allah". Because Allah literally means "The God". And the Jews of Iraq used to do the same thing.

 

Quran 41:37 "And of His signs are the night and day and the sun and moon. Do not prostrate to the sun or to the moon, but prostate to Allah , who created them, if it should be Him that you worship."

 

Quran 6:161 "Say, "Indeed, my Lord has guided me to a straight path - a correct religion - the way of Abraham, inclining toward truth. And he was not among those who associated others with Allah ."

 

Quran 6:162 Say, "Indeed, my prayer, my rites of sacrifice, my living and my dying are for Allah , Lord of the worlds.

Instead of him being isolated with his disbelieve from the Muslim community, let him speak freely and make his shocking ignorance about Allah and Islam manifest to all. Although we feel hurt when we hear such language coming from the transgressors, we know Almighty Allah is beyond insults.

Even today Christian Arabs call God Allah while

the Bhagvad Geeta and the Upanishad which are among the most sacred books of Hinduism teach the Oneness of God. So yes the original Hinduism was monotheistic just like the early Christianity.

By who??, Allah is the moon god of ancient pagan Arabia. He had three daughters al uzza, manah al lat. notice how muslim peoples make extenisve use of moon imagery. why ? what is the significance

 

Arab christians & Jews use of allah out of convenience, both have different names for their gods not allah in their scriptures.
