This is a lot of hearsay. And I am not sure how does Siilaanyo benefit from instigating tribal conflict. It is not his interest and certainly not the people's interest.

According to the news about this latest conflict Siilaanyo has hand in this because

his supposed representative the minister of the presidential place Hersi is involved

in it. They are trying to uproot a community native to the land, which could backfire.

It it is a good opportunity for people to vote him out. Under his reign Somaliland

witnessed nothing but conflicts and sowed the seed of division within Somaliland

society. He should be held responsible for the killing of peaceful Xaqsoor

party supporters.

This is the community native to the area which Siilaanyo and his cronies tried

to displace.
