You'll get nothing from choosing not to cooperate with these folk, especially since you already cooperate with the Amhaaro regime and the Bantus in Kenya

There is actually a lot of corporations behind the scenes especially on counter-terrorism and security. Both governments are after all anxious of Alshabaab infiltration into their territories.
