the Kulmiyetocracy Zionist Criminal Regime is in breach of the SL Constitution and has broken the following electoral laws.

 

1. Article 9 (2) of Somaliland Constitution.

2. Article 4(3)(h) of the Somaliland Constitution

3. Article 3 of Consolidation of the Regulation of Political Parties Law (Law No. 14/2011)

 

because Kulmiye did not hold it's general meeting in the allocated time frame, and has breached the aforementioned laws, we can infer it's an illegal political association.

 

Article 3 of 2011 SL Regulation of Political Parties Laws states:

1. each association must hold its general meeting between 15 March 2012 to 15 April 2012 and

a) form its central committee, executive committee, leadership and structure of the association;

b) complete the rules of the association and its political programme;

c) forward to the (Registration) Committee visual and sound recording showing the main issues dealt with at the general meeting;

d) the general meeting must be attended by at least one member of the (Registration) Committee.
