Sida ay qortay wakaalada wararka ee Anatolia ee dalka Turkiga oo soo xiganeysa Xafiiska Ra'iisul Wasaaraha Itoobiya ayaa sheegaya in madaxda IGAD ay isku raacsan yihiin in ciidamo nabad ilaalin loo diro Koofurta Sudan. Ra'iisul Wasaaraha Itoobiya Hailemariam Desalegn oo ah shir gudoonka Madaxda dalalka IGAD ayaa sheegay in la diyaariyay ciidamo ka kala socda ilaa shan dal oo ka mid ah Soomaaliya, Jabuuti, Itoobiya, Kenya iyo Uganda, kuwaasoo qorshuhu yahay inay taageeraan dowladda Koofurta Sudan. Bishii December ee sanadkii hore ayay aheyd markii uu fashilmay afgambi la doonayay in lagu rido dowladda Madaxweyne Salva Kiir, iyadoo hogaamiyaha Mucaaradka Reik Machar oo horay u ahaa Madaxweyne kuxigeenka Koofurta Sudan lagu eedeeyay inuu damacsanaa afgambiga milateri. Arrintan ayaa ah mid xiiso gaar ah leh, iyadoo Soomaaliya ay joogaan Ciidamo nabad ilaalin oo ka socda Midowga Afrika, ay iyana dirto Ciidamo nabad ilaalin, inkastoo ka hor bur burkii dowladdii kacaanka ay ka mid aheyd wadamada ugu awooda badnaa xaga ciidamada dalalka geeska afrika oo ciidamo u diray dalal ay colaado iyo rabshado ka jireen oo ka mid ahaa qaarada afrika

DoctorKenney Posted April 18, 2014 Cidan maybe this is part of some contract requirements where Somalia is obligated to send troops to South Sudan as part of IGAD? Maybe Somalia is only sending an extremely small token force? Perhaps only a few men. Just to fulfill the contract requirements. I remember when NATO invaded Afghanistan, while the Americans sent over 100 000 soldiers, some NATO countries only sent like 20 or 30 soldiers. Just as a token effort towards the war. Just to fulfil their contract requirements. It's inconsequential.
Homunculus Posted April 19, 2014 This is not a bad move if it is for training purposes.
Dr_Osman Posted April 19, 2014 This is ok if it's recruited from federal regions such as JL and PL and not solely mogadishu. I think they are doing it so the soldiers get put on the IGAD payroll which will be handsome pay. I urge hassan sheikh to guarantee that the bulk of this forces come from Puntland and Jubbaland.
