Dr_Osman Posted April 18, 2014 Only valid reason I can see them joining Somaliland is that they were gurantee somaliland will be a federal member state and the DBlock already have two huge regional admins, two ports, 60% of somalia land and sea. Nothing knew with these 2 garaads jamac and galayr it's not like somaliland milita would be in their territoriy without their consent.
