You want them to send their missionaries and civilize us barbaric FGM practicing Africans? At least take such such talks to where its being practiced. Talk to the "victim" not an irrelevant stakeholder if you perceive it to be such a grave issue. Or are you afraid? Or you don't know Somali? Or you want the Brits help?
