Qoslaye becomes spectator as AMISOM justifies its salary

as we all know, AMISOM has been planning to spread its presence in the country by capturing more and more cities to quiet the EU and US voices calling for the money to be cut off because AMISOM is not making progress and the country security is getting worse. i was talking to friends here in nairobi and the strategy of AMISOM is very clear.

1. capture all the major cities

2. Don't fight alshabab in the countryside. just kick them out of the cities

3. keep your bases in the cities and let alshabab thrive in the country side.

4. stay in somalia as long as possible to keep employing soldiers.

5. EU and US will pay salaries as long as AMISOM portays itself as the ones keeping those cities from falling into the hands of terrorists.

6. After more cities are captures, alshabab will wait for another 2 to 3 years before it captures more territory from alshabab. this is long term employment agenda.

if you eliminate alshabab, the money will stop so that is never their ultimate plan. if you don't capture cities, the US and EU will stop paying money so something had to be done. with qoslaye been seen as the most incompetent president ever, the money from EU and US towards the AMISOM soldiers was going to stop becuase nobody keeps paying money without progress and accountability.

so it is brilliant move for AMISOM to try and capture more cities from terrorist alshabab.

in all of this battle, Qoslaye is the Great spectator. he is touring begging more money for his luxury lifestyle and that of his close HAG relatives.
