Dr Ken is right. We had a military rule for more than 20 years and so in that long period only aabe Siyaad was allowed sacab iyo mashaxarad After Somaliland declared independence in 1991 the former Somali Republic ceased to exist so there is no logic in making a northerner the president of koonfuria.
