SomaliaRising Posted February 11, 2014 Thanks to Maamulka SNM. They proved to the world that no such thing as press freedom and freedom of speech exists in maamulka Somalidiidka.
Xaaji Xunjuf Posted February 11, 2014 All other media is allowed in Somaliland Kenya tv Djibouti Aljazeera bbc etc Just not koonfurians.
Gheelle.T Posted February 11, 2014 They can't even handle mere satire from a third grade TV show in London studio, and they talk about media freedom in SL. Just ignore the darn thing and move on. There are bigger issues on your table to worry about than a comedy skit, no? Where is NGONGE, maybe he can spin this better than the Xaaji Xayraan ever could
burahadeer Posted February 11, 2014 hellhole Somalia can't make such satire against SL.Thats the point. They can't even control Mogadishu and running their big mouth about others.Look like human being first then have right to criticize .Clean your butt or you get smacked again & again. Homunculus Posted February 11, 2014 @burahadeer said: hellhole Somalia can't make such satire against SL.Thats the point. They can't even control Mogadishu and running their big mouth about others.Look like human being first then have right to criticize .Clean your butt or you get smacked again & again. Thin skins is a sign of the truth being too much to bear, how can you handle a country if you can't handle satire? and where is this superiority complex coming from? It really baffles me the lengths people go to feel good about themselves.
Gheelle.T Posted February 11, 2014 It's a comedy skit made by a TV. And it's not against SL, but rather on its leadership. They did it on Farole and other Somali leaders as well. No one takes them serious, so what's all the fuss coming from Sl's highest office. Shsss.
Xaaji Xunjuf Posted February 11, 2014 SL highest office its just the minister of information telling them like it is that they are not welcome. Somalia and Somaliland have no agreement on media the media of Somalia has to play by our rules if they dont they are not welcome . How come they haven't ridiculed hassan sheikh yet than? Thats a good question?
Mooge Posted February 11, 2014 Somaliland is becoming a joke niyoow. The republic is crumbling. why attack low grade TV. loool. niyoow universal is bad and siilaanyo is wasting his time. universal is enjoying the fight.
Xaaji Xunjuf Posted February 11, 2014 No one is attacking them they are just not welcome in SL let them stay and focus on their somalia.
CidanSultan Posted February 11, 2014 ^^^ the defeated lot still rambling on about the final nails in the coffin 22 years on...haha.. Politics in another form commonly understood to the normal layman man and women is a war of information. Somaliland has its narative and its narative is shared by all civilised broadcasting networks. The konfurian outlet airs both our narative and a distorted narative for that reason. they can focu more on their own burundian occupation and less on the Republic.
