Mooge Posted February 2, 2014 Puntland is ranked number one in education and student ranking in all of Somalia because of Juxaa. it is an honor for me to say "WELL DONE, SIR" to the most hardworking, intelligent and honest Minister Puntland ever had. Cabdifutaax Faarax Juxaa. he left a legacy for MoE and all of Puntland appreciates the work he has done. what a great minister. i hope Ali Haji can follow the footsteps of Juxa and build on that already built mountain.
