1960-1968-->client state

1969-1977-->decent dictatorship,

1978-1990-->collapsing state

Not necessarily. People back home still have the mentality that employees are nothing more than people who are told what to do. I think an employer's best asset is his employees and should be treated as such. The only reason "white" folks treat employees like that is because it favours them at the end of the day. It's not about showing respect or gratitude at the end of the day it's about dollars and cents. If a motivated employee performs better then you should pull out all the stops to make sure that happens.

Somalis doing good, see the good side of not being under the mercy of bad gov't who decides who brings what & under what price,who to issue passport,who to strangle and who to send to the gallos.

you cant show mercy to the Somali. 'they' will think you're weak and will very soon take advantage. you must exert control over over the Somali. no mercy must be shown to the Somali at any given moment. the Somali must be made aware of the causes and consequences of his/her actions. once you've instilled enough fear, compliance of fear and rigorous intimidation tactics then you'll be able to develop the most powerful deterrent (money) then you've succeeded in conquering their souls and take ownership of the Somali. wa war cad.
