What Tarzan is doing is bringing back the beauty of the Capital city of Somalia , The people that own these destroyed vacant properties are to either build it or sell it .

 

Also this is another way to speed up the reconstruction of the city and bringing people back to Invest in Mogadishu build your property is not so hard .

Scare tactic to get people to sell their homes. Lots of people went back and fixed their homes but didn't sell. Kinda irked some people..... Anyways my family has some properties in Xamar not necessarily in Banaadir but I think this would make me want to keep our properties rather than sell. In some Muslim countries that I've been to people are afraid to tow an abandoned car for fear that it may be the a vehicle who's owner passed away and it may now belong to orphans. Tarzan and Co. should take a lesson from others and respect peoples' properties.

I'd suggest they gather the appropriate paperwork for their houses. The people of Xamar are an honourable bunch, their leaders not so much.....

Wasn't it the m00ryaans of Mogadishu(not a clan) who first destroyed those properties, looted them, and prevented the rightful owners from returning to the city to rebuild their homes? It now seems they have devised a wicked way of looting more homes from the poor victims of their barbaric infighting.
