Yea, the U.S incarcerates way more people than anyone else. I remember reading somewhere that 1 in 4 in the U.S has been arrested in their life or is some kinda probation. Its really really easy to get arrested here, and since so many people have been arrested/or get arrested, no one even bats an eye.

Better to keep the criminals locked away then let them roam the streets. There should never be any mercy for them and the murderers should be executed.
