Nice to see law and order regardless where it is, weather in Mogadishu or Hargeysa. But Ibtisam the spelling is horrible, I never knew we had the letter "P" as in "POOLISKA" in our language.

there no is effective police in somalia, for them to have good effective police they should abstain taking bribery and be patriotic, i heard now they organising to have reliable police and there might be some kind of training, as far as i know they too far..good luck for them!

somaliland police they are effective relatively honest and might not take any bribery, if they take it should be transparent something might not cause chaos or lose of lives. congratulation to somaliland police, you doing great job, god bless!
