lol nah, I remember my aunt telling me they're sold in stores and that women she knows have been taking them. Maybe something similar to Boost or Ensure, on top of their regular meals?

 

Horta does anyone know when fatness became attractive in Somali culture, rather than the traditional ideal of a curvy/shapely woman (thick, but not huge)? Seems recent.
