Answer the questions and stop talking from your behind. There are a lot of logistic problems in enforcing this new arbitrary decree.Do people have to apply for this useless passport and where will they get it?

Any idea if i can get e passport inside somaliland.. will ethiopian consulate in SL still give visa with e passport? do people still use e passport in SL? how about if my e passport got some other country' s resident permit visa, will you still encounter problem in SL ?

SL gov still widely accepted in old green passport but the e passport one doesn't..what is the point. ppl should use e passport until SL get international support to it's one.
