Maamulka Jubba ee Magaalada Kismaayo ayaa kasoo horjeestay ka qeybgalka shirka shanta Bisha Dowladda Soomaaliya ay qaban qaabinayso inuu ka dhaco Magaalada Muqdisho ee looga hadlayo arimaha Jubbooyinka.

The Federal Government of Somalia shall organize and convene, within two weeks a Reconciliation Conference in Mogadishu. A follow-up peace building conference will also be held in Kismayo.

Madoobe when to Xamar that's not the argument , what happened to the reconciliation Conference that was suppose to take place in the Capital .
