How many reconciliation do we need , We sat down from 2000 to 2013 and established Parliament consist of all tribes , The Law maker where select by the Traditional elders .A Constitution was agreed upon and etc . are we gonna dissolve all that because rer Puntland did not get President and PM seat. Puntland admin was supporting SFG 100 % when they had President and Pm seat .

PL'ers had no power, political or otherwise after 1991. they were totally disenfranchised and it took them a decade to regroup to form PL, meanwhile all of the state and its machinery was in the hands of the groups, particularly Aideed's faction and he used it to raze the country to the ground. How could a people being hunted down and massacred take ministries and ambassadors with them to the north. even PL area itself was being run by group religious militias like al itihaad headed by none other than Aweys.
