African troops training Somali women to defend themselves against military/police

Even the Amisom troops were surprised at how normal rape has become with the Somali police/military. Apparently they don't know that these militias are the same people that were terrorizing the capital for the last 20 years. Just because you put them in a uniform doesn't make them a patriot/heroic.

Weirdest thing is have people here celebrating the Somali army as if they are heroes. Did they fight the Habashis? No. Fight Shabab? No. So what are they doing?

 

Robbing/stealing/Hagging/raping etc.
