It's counter-productive because they're supposebly trying to defeat tribalism yet they are all from one clan going to a one clan city which enforces to other somalis we should do the same too for our clans. This then proves counter productive of eliminating tribalism which is they're supposed goal. Come to think of it they should've of done what Hadrawi did and walk all over Somalia equally. This is when ppl will respect you and know you haven't got a tribal agenda.
