It goes without saying if Hassan manages to stick to the agreement (he has bad record of sweat talking to his opponents while failing to offer any tangible concessions), he will have managed to stop his political bleeding. My sources are telling me that the federal government recognized Jubbaland in principle but hasn't agreed to the contentious issues surrounding the situation, which is a different way of saying that there was no agreement.
