Puntland returned the food aid to the South because that is where it is needed the most. Qoslaaye and his gang do not care even if the poor refugees in Xamar die of starvation but all they care about is vanity, publicity, useless propaganda, so Faroole had to act and help the Mogadishu refugees. Aid was ongoing request from leaders of Khatuum region and other drought hit areas in North east of Somalia .
