What do the Maakhiriis dominate? The capital and most important district in Sanaag Ceerigaabo is dominated by Somaliland. Buhoodle is not "second" largest district in Togdheer region, go pick up a map you uneducated Kashmiri, the second largest district in Togdheer region by land and population is Oodweyne (western Togdheer). Ethiopia: gashamo, daroor, aware, dagaxbuur are all duriyada territory. D block inhabit the desert wastelands no one wants. Nugaal is a baren desert, Bari is as well and mudug. Even gedo is a wasteland. Look at a map you think you have more land but in reality even animals don't reside there let alone people. The reality is what you are is a small population who inhabit large land masses of desert that no one else wants.
