Haatu Posted July 12, 2013 Basically went through the terrorist claim of carrying out Allah's prescribed punishments. Refuted claim by saying only a Muslim ruler is in a place to carrying out punishments for crimes. Also refuted the Khawarij for breaking the pledges between the Muslims and the West. Brought up example of the pledge between the Quraysh Idolaters and the Prophet PBUH at Hudaibiyah and how the Prophet never broke it. He went on to bring sayings from the Prophet PBUH and the Salaf on the Khawarij. Finished off by reminding listeners that there's a compulsion on every Muslim to obey the Muslim ruler whether they are a fasiq/sinner or pious.
