Gabbal Posted July 13, 2013 Gen Cabdullahi Cali Caanood is from Caabudwaaq and the senior most military official in the field (Taliyah Guutada Koowaad which is based in Banadir). Prior to that he was in charge of Villa Somalia for Sheikh Sharif (Taliyaha Ciidanka Madaxtooyada). There are rumours he will replace Gen Afqarshe as Taliyaha Xooga Dalka (Commander of the Armed Forces) because Villa Somalia is not very impressed thus far with the current Commander following the impressive role Gen Diini played before him.
