Mad_Mullah Posted July 6, 2013 Difference between Palestinians and Somalis. When a house/building gets bombed in Gaza, they work together to rebuild it. When the same happens in Somalia, everyone fights over who will control the the destroyed building.

Mad_Mullah Posted July 6, 2013 Even the Palestinian refugee camps look better than most Somali cities.
Marksman Posted July 6, 2013 The first two pictures remind me of Kurdistan and even Grozny that is being rebuilt with oil money and Turkish involvement. Somalis lack to define and stand for national interests. And lack the political will for long term planning. That is the greatest tragedy ever. All nations have national interests and work hard for them. Somalia has fiefdoms a.k.a. Game of Thrones. I still have hope though.
Mad_Mullah Posted July 6, 2013 People think country. Somalis think Tribe. Even Somaliland, it just happens to be that their tribe has become a state.
