Its very simple if your Father is Somaliland and your Mother is Jamaican you are a Somalilander and you will enjoy the same rights as any other Somalilander. If your father is from Ukraine even though i love that country and your mother is from Somaliland. You cannot be a Somalilander you can visit live but can never be a citizen with voting rights or running for office.
