sharif ali Posted June 24, 2013 Mogadishu is ranked 55 out of 100 African Universities which is very good for a city which was mainly the epicenter of struggle during the civil war. What surprised me is that the "famous" and "prestigious" university situated in Hargeisa (Somalia) is not on the list.
