The big difference between the Somalia army in Mogadishu who don't even have proper military equipments and the AMISOM soldiers(guardians of Mogadishu) who're well equipped and fed.

Nope malistar haxabashis are in Somalia in their thousands in hiiraan in bay in bakool in gedo. There are no Xabashis in Somaliland not a single one of them u have try again. Why you not fix your problems. Why cant you just clean one city and built effective local police. Why cant you unite just locals of Mogadishu.Just t stop Alshabaab because obviously they get help and have their sleeping cells in Mogadishu. By the way when i lived in xamar it was xamar caday , u have turned into a dark xamar. It can come back but you need to do a better job.

Equipment is not what makes security forces effective its training , training the security forces is essential ,thats what they lack they can have as much armored vehicles. A suicide bombing can still struck them you also need capable intelligence the Police top officer and the intelligence top officer need to cooperate very closely. The Interior Ministry need to do give direction coordination, all that is lacking that's why the police forces are barely dressed in the video,and are not effective on the ground with out the Amisom forces. Security would be in deep trouble in Mogadishu.

UN donated vehicles won't make your city safer, it is the human capital that matters. Mogadishu is low on disciplined intelligent police officers, rather you have the former scrap metal looters of yesterday posing as policemen and harassing IDPs and the city people.

Malistar stop embarrassing yourself and Xamar. It used to be the capital of all Somalis, now it's the capital of HAG. We have ex-HAG militias and refugees in a police force. They rape women refugees and extort poor people out of their money. You can't compare them to Somaliland's police.

within year of stability and some sort of peace Mogadishu has surpassed the entire region now we are competing with neighboring Capitals such as Nairobi inshallah ............. the Next year or so Mogadishu will be the economic power house of east Africa ................... soon wealth will divide the country into classes and HAG community you hate will dominate Somalia ..............................

Problem in Somalia has never been money but security, safety etc. With Shabab's attack last week what company will settle in Xamar? Be realistic! Focus on securing the city. It's only a 'new era' because there are African troops in each area making sure HAG doesn't chimp out.

 

The people investing are Turks because they want their influence in Muslim countries to increase and UN to make sure people don't join Shabab and HAG diaspora that build hotels etc. So they can come back every summer. The economic situation for the locals hasn't changed that much.
