This will be a start of a string of conferences, the second will be held in Nairobi, 3rd Garissa and 4th Garowe. Lol.

I am not sure if the Somali goverment will accept it but if IGAD advised that the location of the conference should be held in Ethiopia. It will be a set back for the SFG , the govt will indeed insist to hold the conference in Mogadishu. But lets see how this develops for now the SFG appointed a new ambassador to Ethiopia.

The president doesn't have real, valid argument against the formation of Jubbaland. That's the problem.

He believes its not inclusive for now and its unconstitutional he believes the country's constitution is federalism. But he wants to control the region and than lay the foundation of federal states. Right now he doesn't control Kismayo its out of his control.

I don't think this is accurate the conference will be held in mugdisho in a few weeks because the government does not want to be seen going back on their word. Further more the conference is not between the so called jubaland mamul which controls parts of kismayo wih Kdf assistants but for the creation of a new mamul entirely. The preconditions set by this fiction mamul is also unexceptable because if the government did accept it there would be no need to have a conference. So all in all this article is absolute bullish++
