But after finding out more on what actually happened, and that the minister was simply reiterating in her speech, proposals some UN agencies had made stating that the school curriculae currently under development by the Ministry of Education should use Puntland's curriculum as a blueprint to save time and money...this was actually what pissed off the mory@n-in-chief, causing him to lash-out against the old lady.
