SOLers of late are absolutist who see everything in black and white. Every thing has two camps and some here have boiled down what's happening in turkey into Islamist vs. secularist. as baffling as a lot of Somalis affinity for Islamist is, as opposed to people who advocate religious freedom, freedom of thoughts, the issues are more then that. There are those who dislike this man's authoritarian streaks. this can be gleamed from what they did to peaceful protesters yesterday. on the one hand, just like an egotistical dictator, he bused in his supporters from every corner. His opposition on the other hand were met with batons , tear gas, water canons and over zealous "supporters" who man handled protesters along with the police. The Police attack on a German hospital resulted in a miscarriage. Medical workers were arrested. Journalist and civilians have been arrested. businesses who provided refuge from the police onslaught have been called terrorist supporters. Imagine the kind of delusion it takes to call millions of your citizens terrorist and business people and medical workers and hospitals terrorist supporters who "will be dealt with"? If not before, he has now shown his true colors without doubt and is guilty of all the charges being leveled at from secularist, democrats, environmentalist and Turkish patriots who refuse to bite a poisonous apple disguesed as economic development only meant to destroy their foundations and ideals. Mad_Mullah Posted June 18, 2013 Islamists are the ones that always remember their Muslim brothers. That's why Erdogan helped Somalia. Unlike the Secularists that only care about being accepted as Europeans.

Do you know how much the country lost in terms of investors confidence and shares index and tourism, do you know how much these brainless thugs are causing to disrupt the ambitions of the Turkish people to build a respectable nation, these thugs has been exploited by Turkey's enemies, they may have saved a small park in Istanbul, but they gave Turkey a bruising knock.
