I love that sense of familiarity...of course it can get spooky and get out of hand...i think you can manage it by letting the other person know you are not comfortable with some things.

Sense of familiarity.

 

I adore the Somali bus drivers in London, they probably sense am a 'freshy' in the city - they tend to be extra nice...dropping me where there are no bus stops just so to help..lol

 

ps. If only Kibir wasn't haram - I would say, I love that characteristic too.

 

pss. Their resilience, bravery and courage and more so their sense of being 'fearless' ..this admire..

The number of times I've randomly helped a strange fellow Somali and vv.

And sometimes if I am travelling somewhere far and spot a Somali, they automatically become by friend.
