GaadhHaye Posted May 29, 2013 A Somali citizen is shot dead in Hargeisa in daylight by a member of SNM Gang Council the so called parliament and the mmurder has yet to be arrested or even questioned by the financed UNHCR-SOMALIA local police. The corpse is still lying in the street.
