He's got ex-warlords on his payroll. Hiiraale, Goobaanle & Indhacade. In other words, the old JVA oo ka amar qaadan jirtay Cabdi-Qaasim, are now run by Hassan Culusoow, as some say. So far Hassan summoned Goobaanle and Hiiraale as delegates to Kismaayo and they don't seem to change anything on the ground. Perhaps, Indhacade is the next round of "wafdi" to Kismaayo. Obviously Ahmed madoobe's troops will not take orders from Hassan. He needs troops that are loyal to his government the Somali government. I know hiiraale has militia and others, but i was also hearing other Somali troops were heading to the place. I am not sure about indhocade and other warlords.
