Jacpher Posted May 19, 2013 Violating and limiting the freedom of peaceful assembly of 110 parliamentarians? Is this the direction Hassan is taking the country? MPs aren't free to assemble and speak against the government in Muqdisho.
Maaddeey Posted May 19, 2013 ^^ What did you think, Jacpher?. But Galayr should know better, he's a barafassoor and was in somali politics for ages, SL waa isu sharaxay, Somalia president sidoo kale, Ra'iisul Wasaare waa noqday, Raiisul Baarlamaan waa isu sharaxay, welina waa damiin + far intaan ka waawayn waxba laguma bari karo!. Che -Guevara Posted May 19, 2013 They should be able to exercise their constitutional right as lawmakers even it's not the Government's liking.
Maaddeey Posted May 19, 2013 ^^ This is different, Che. Baarlamanka inay keenaan bey ahayd motionka, waxa socotay is shukaansi gooni gooni ah!. Wax yar kadib 110 kii 3dii hadashay uun bey noqonayaan!.
Jacpher Posted May 19, 2013 Maaddeey: What does Hassan limiting the MPs freedom of assembly and speech got to do with Galaydh political career?
Che -Guevara Posted May 19, 2013 Maddeey. They weren't doing anything illegal and unconstitutional. They are merely gathering the troops to make sure they had enough votes to dislodge the Government.
Maaddeey Posted May 19, 2013 True, Che. But this happened to all governments since Abdiqasim, they should be more careful. What are they complaining about?. Jacpher, 'Hassan' xaggeed ka keentay?.
Jacpher Posted May 19, 2013 ^In the video clip.
Che -Guevara Posted May 19, 2013 Maddeey. That's true but I don't think muzzling them is going to be helpful. The Government just need to gather its own troops in the Parliament and make sure it has enough votes to kill the motion. They have the speaker on their side and they can certainly marshal enough votes or at-least buy them.
