This region had been the defecto line of ahlusunna control but they got merged in the govt and the regular army and now the govt troops have taken full control in there with this deployment. This is also a geart strategic plan controlling the highway linking galgaduud to hiiraan and jowhar. When the govt says its a part of policy in taking over the whole country at the end of the link this means they will apply to all regions !!
