Genel energy ,ophir are neither in khatumo territory,DNO is only less than 1/3 in khatumo.Actually SL without Khatumo has more oil than any otha region and more companies r coming.Khatumites can keep their wealth. Last year he gave up his job as a civil servant in the housing sector in Canada to take up a position as one of only 10 ministers in Mogadishu’s new, slimline cabinet.
