The terrorists who killed sister Annelina Tonelli is not yet caught I believe. The terrorists who killed Richard and Enid Eyeington are the same ones who attacked a GTZ vehicle between Berbera and Hargeisa killing Flora Cheruiyot, a Kenyan aid worker and injuring her German boyfriend Herald Hinkler. They were convicted and sentenced to death by a court but are now in jail following a protest by the victims' families and a diplomatic pressure from Great Britain against the death penalty.

The killer of Annelina is in jail sxb ...... he is one of the terrorists committed the other killings. The only pressure put on the government was that of the local Civil Society & Human rights groups not to execute them.

This is how it works in most cases, but for those who continue to pose threat to society like those crazy extremists who killed the aid workers, the courts keep them in jail and away from society.
