Baashi, No can do, saaxib. It's clear that the Imam wanted to direct every one's attention to the Somali capital but rather than point with his finger, he chose to stamp his feet and shout about it. Right now it's just a blanket accusation that does not point a steady finger at anyone in particular and is not worth discussing just yet. The Imam talking about the constitution, moaning about Jubbaland and refusing to go to London is an open challenge to Hassan Sheikh's government.
