Wiil Cusub the somaliland minister saw somaliland is 1.5 million thats including sool/sanaag/awdal which account for half of that which the electoral roll in somaliland showed half million voters...Puntland is counting up to 5 million...South is 9 million...With 2 million in jubbaoyinka....3 million in bay/bakool/shabelle regions and 4 million in the HAG zone
