According to this article its the PIS who have a firm grip on Bosasso.

PIA is not a law enforcement agency, it's intelligence and security, it's role and purpose can't be derailed for personal use which is what you are trying to get at, that Faroole is somehow using these institutions for personal gain, that isn't possible.

PMPF as you can see in this trailer is doing quite alright, Matt Bryden looks a bit tired, concerned too yaa
