My stance is to be practical , and do what it is feasible , politically and constitutionally. The government should not get in the political affairs with respect to local governance. Facilitate reconciliation, broker peace and encourage legitimate governance --that should be president Hassan's internal policy . Period.

 

Kismayo should be a lesson for them.

Good point galkacyo is the most divided city it needs one administration we support the government in this.
