Saalax Posted April 12, 2013 Dawarsi state vanished after it was rejected by Mogadishu as invalid. On Sool region, out of 4 districts you occupy only 1, in Sanaag region out of 4, you occupy 2, in Togdheer region out of 4, you occupy 3. You tell us yo are authority in the land. Come on Saalax
Saalax Posted April 12, 2013 Occupy or control? Somaliland controls Laas Canood district, Caynabo district, Xudun district that is three out of 4. Sanaag most important district and capital Ceerigaabo controlled by Somaliland, likewise Togdheer most important district and capital of Togdheer Burco controlled by Somaliland. Now you see why Alasow and his government doesn't take things like Dawarsi state, Khaatumo Seeg, Maakhir etc serious.

Gheelle.T Posted April 12, 2013 ^Carafaat has put on his Somaliland shirt back. You have no time to defend the forks from SSC,Makhir, or Awdal eh? Jubba on the other hand.........!!
Saalax Posted April 12, 2013 Xiinfaniin I disagree with Xudun. Apart from the fact Xudun town itself is under Somaliland, half of the district is settled by the SNM group of western Burco. Somaliland nationalist(Wadani) party office in Bohol, Xudun district, Sool, here we are proud nationalists. http://www.somaliaonline.com/community/showthread.php/70107-The-wild-wild-east-Bohol-Hudun-district-Sool-Somaliland

xiinfaniin Posted April 12, 2013 Saalax you and I know facts on the ground as they are. Somaliland failed so many times to execute its election-by-militia exercise in Xudun. Khatumo has gained ground in that area, and now expanding its authority.
Saalax Posted April 12, 2013 Elections did happen in Xudun district, but it was disturbed on the side of the Khaatumo seegs (eastern Xudun district), the elections happened fine in Bohol of Xudun district and the settlements that come under it resulting in some local council MPs coming out of that area.
