People give relevance where there is none, HAG is a tax exempt community organization in canada that keeps its door open under the pretense of helping the somali immigrant community they are not political heavy weights not by a long shot, they are just the winners of fortune, that at this time president hassan was elected in what most somali consider a bizzare manner (him not being known much before being elected) , damjadiid on the other hand is a political reality and the thing that has catapulted this president to power. that being said I believe that this win was kind of surprise attack of sort, as they are the first shadow group to have emerged as of late, I expect many more to surface and complicated what was already a volatile mix (somali political arena). Regardless it will be interesting to see if this president can pull out a second term.

Lol. tell that to Mooge, he has used this term[HAG] to galvanize the tolka, as for the Damjadiid group..it just means new blood in Somali political body, I just hope they declare their policies so we can scrutinize them. Or they could be just political managers who make up things as they go along.
