The white star is a Cawaale feature , and a sign of federal nature of the state, and so is the blue color.

Xiinfaniin inventive indeed. It reminds me a bit of Puntland State with the 66 Parliamentarians, the coat of arms and state flag and overall structure of the State. Puntland is indeed a model.

Miskiin that was my fault I wanted to write Middle Jubba and put it into my intention but somehow I wrote Lower Jubba but we all are human beings but it was an Error on my part which was not of lack of knowledge but rather elapse of concentration.

From my understanding the capital was not agreed to. Bu'aale was what the technical committee brought forth but it was not ratified and faced competitiom from Kismaayo and Baardheere.

 

They will be returning to this issue for further deliberation.
